Who these terms are with

“Windsor Peak,” “we,” and “us” mean Windsor Peak LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company based in Princeton, New Jersey. “You” means anyone using this website or the client portal.

Using the website

You may browse this website and contact us for your own personal or business purposes. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, or send spam through the contact form.

Client portal accounts

• Portal accounts are by invitation only, for Windsor Peak clients.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at hello@windsorpeakmedia.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or that puts other clients' data at risk.

Our work on this website

Photos, videos, logos, and text on this website belong to Windsor Peak or the clients who allowed us to show them. Don't copy or reuse them without written permission.

Content we deliver to you

Once your invoice is paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered photos and videos for your own business, including your website, social media, advertising, menus, and print. Anyone working for you (for example, a printer or a staff member running your accounts) may use them on your behalf. You may not sell, sublicense, or give the files to others to use for their own purposes.

Windsor Peak keeps the copyright and may show the work in our portfolio and on social media, unless we agree in writing not to. Raw, unedited footage is not included unless your project agreement says so.

Free first commercial

New clients may receive one commercial at no cost, with no obligation to buy anything afterward. It is one short vertical video (up to 30 seconds) from a shoot of up to two hours at your location, delivered within 10 business days. Travel within 25 miles of Princeton is included; farther shoots are possible with travel costs agreed in advance. The offer is one per business, for businesses that haven't worked with us before, and we schedule the shoot at a time that works for both of us. You may use the commercial under the license above at no charge, and Windsor Peak may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We make content and run your accounts to bring you customers, and we report honestly on how they perform. But results depend on things outside our control, including your offer, prices, location, competition, timing, and the platforms' own systems. We don't guarantee any specific number of views, followers, leads, offer redemptions, or sales. Statistics on this website come from the third-party research cited next to them and describe businesses in general, not a promise about yours.

Your accounts

• Your social media and Google accounts stay yours. We work in them as a partner or user you add (we never ask for your passwords), and you can remove our access at any time.
• Posts go live only after you approve them, or under a content plan you approved.
• Content must follow each platform's rules. A platform may limit a post or account for its own reasons; we'll help fix what we can, but we can't overrule its decisions.
• We run paid ads only if we agree to in writing. If we do, you pay the ad spend directly to the platform; it is never part of our fee.

Your responsibilities

• Offers, prices, and claims in your content (for example “best ramen in town,” a discount, or a health claim) must be accurate and legal. You confirm them before anything is posted or run.
• You have the rights to anything you give us to use, such as logos, music, photos, or menus, and permission to film at the location.
• Everyone who appears on camera has agreed to it, using a media release where needed. For anyone under 18, that means a release signed by a parent or guardian, or the school's or program's own release process. You can collect releases in the client portal.
• You'll cover reasonable costs and claims that come from content, claims, or materials you provided or approved, to the extent the law allows.

Payment

• Invoices are paid by check payable to Windsor Peak LLC, or by Zelle or ACH bank transfer as shown on the invoice. We don't take card payments.
• Shoots and recruiting reels: half is due to book the date and the rest on delivery, unless your agreement says otherwise. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless the invoice shows a different due date.
• If an invoice is unpaid, we send reminders the day after it's due and a week later. If it's still unpaid 15 days after the due date, we may pause new work until it's paid.
• You can reschedule or cancel a shoot at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. With less notice, we may keep the deposit to cover the time we reserved. Reschedules for weather or safety are always free.
• Monthly plans are month to month: cancel by telling us in writing before the next month begins.
• Download access to final files may wait until the invoice is paid.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep this website and the portal available and accurate, but we provide them “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Windsor Peak is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total responsibility for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it (for a monthly plan, the fees you paid in the last three months).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be handled in the state courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
